For Individuals & Families Relocating
- We’ll schedule an introduction call to discuss your move to the area and to get a wish list of your ideal neighborhood, schools, proximity to work, shopping, airport and what you want your new home to be like
- I’ll pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel, if necessary
- Deliver exclusive goodies to your hotel (it’s a secret, but I promise you’ll love them!)
- I will pick you up at your hotel for a tour of the Reno/Sparks highlighting the University of Nevada-Reno, downtown Reno, different neighborhoods emphasizing their features, shopping, and how to get from one point to another
- I’ll introduce you to top-notch Builders, Lenders, and Escrow/Title companies to help build your real estate team
- I’ll continue to serve as your go-to source for anything related to your move, interior designers, painters, window covering, housekeeping, landscaper, yard maintenance, auto mechanic, physicians, the list is endless
